      The company's tight team allowed for interns to make a real impact on day-to-day operations. We weren't just getting coffee, we were actually helping with material aspects of the business and making a difference.

      Cons

      The internship was unpaid, but as long as you're ok with that (I was), then this is easily overlooked.
