Pros
An incredible brand until RECENT change of leadership and restructuring initiatives -- used to love it, but had to leave, like so many are!
Cons
Company is undergoing MAJOR restructuring. Layoffs kicked off in January and they are rumored to continue this spring. Will probably keep happening in waves. NO transparency, LOTS of closed door meetings, TERRIBLE morale and denial through the corporate offices. To many, the layoffs will be a relief! Sad! A once fun place to work, create and make lifelong connections.
