Pros

Managerial staff is very helpful and spends a lot of time training managers as well as retail staff. They like to promote within which is a big plus.

Cons

Never ending changes to the commission structure which gets annoying but other than that great company. Pay is a little under the rest of the industry but benefits and atmosphere outweigh the pay.

I honestly can't even come up with a sarcastic pro...

Cons

Everything. I worked there, I never got my codes so I can get my credit for my sales (commission) despite the fact that I finished my training and I was promised my codes for a whole month. I was promised 10$ an hour plus commission on all my phone upgrades, new plans and cases; Then, in a stunning turn of events N Touch decided to start paying $8 an hour! What am I supposed to do with $8 an hour?! I spoke to my direct supervisor multiple times regarding this issue and they reassured that they "will get right on it." I never held my breath. I sold plenty of phones and plans and did what was expected of me. I was paid in 2 weeks of hard work with 80hr plus 3 hours overtime and I only got paid $413.00 I decided I had enough!
