--A corporate culture in the International department where staff appear to be seen merely as performers, not as valued individual people deserving of work-life balance
--Lack of accountability and transparency from leadership
--Insufficient staffing and lack of robust systems result in inefficiencies
--Inadequate retirement plan, which can be very de-motivating
--Lack of real, demonstrated commitment to DEI
