Great Resume builder. Great opportunities for networking in the research field. Casual Work Environment. Great location to work if in biotech/engineering/life sciences/comp. sci.
Cons
A lot of programs and protocol are set up that do absolutely nothing. Several of the research facilities are very old/antiquated. Several of the more popular research programs are really unorganized from an administrative standpoint.
