- great and supportive team members (management excluded) but the company cannot take credit for this
Cons
- salary compared to the other companies is low and you get one-dinner increase within years! - no bonuses or overtime pay, you get the base no matter how hard you work and overtime or late work is not compansated at all - no career development - you stay at one place for years - no further trainings, webinars, sessions and the company does not invest in it either. It will take a lifetime to approve a course and even then it is just a pocket money that does not cover anything - benefits compared to the other companies are rather silly - fake promises - verbal agreements are like they never existed - AVOID working for this company for the sake of your sanity. They will trick you and leave completely demotivated and frustrated
