Despite NATIONAL's service offerings including internal communications, employee engagement and issues management, they unfortunately are completely unable of applying these "skills" in house with their employees.
Head office is completely unable and unwilling to address the route cause of problems (i.e. members of the management team).
Leadership and HR refused to appropriately deal with sexual harassment perpetrated by a member of the senior leadership team (this member has actually won a company award for visionary leadership).
In one calendar year, approximately 10 people left the specific location/office I worked at. That speaks volumes.
