Pros
Good training for the most part. There are some good people in support roles. They are profitable and not going anywhere.
Cons
Boys club at the top. Very political and very demanding of effort and time of the people in branches. Must be available after hours for customers and events. The VP over the branches is phony and is mostly worried about pleasing those at the top to the detriment of his subordinates. Advancement is VERY limited.
