I work with really incredible people that elevate the way I think and approach design. They have great mentorship opportunities. If you vocalize your interest in something, they are great about pairing you with opportunities to focus or expand. They can be very empathetic and human.

Recently a lack of work has been hard to navigate. It brings the atmosphere down and that can be challenging. There is a lot of focus on billable hours. It can be stifling to creativity at times.
