Pros
Great people and culture at an IC and Higher Management levels and in pockets of middle management leadership Focused on Diversity, Inclusion and Flexible working arrangements Excellent perks and benefits Great training and professional development opportunities, but heavily dependant on quality middle management
Cons
Frequent change, short-sighted restructures in very short timeframes - has led to heavy middle management layers and alot of lost IP and dare I say sham redundancies. Mixed bag with leadership, some are great and some shouldn't be in leadership roles (toxic, but remain for a long time)
