      Pros

      There are some great people that work for the organization, whether in entry level roles or mid manager/leader.

      Cons

      The CEO is impulsive, reckless and makes decisions without listening to the leadership team. This hinders growth in the organization and growth of each person who entrusts their livelihood to her.

      Nice people. Beautiful campus. Centrally located so it is easy to walk places.

      Cons

      Pay to park is a bit silly. Invest in science and admin. Currently only investing in admin.
