Pros
Good colleagues. Good work-life balance.
Cons
* Pay is not fair, especially when joining. * Legacy work structure with very little growth or learning opportunities. * Don’t stay here for more than a year if you want to learn and grow. * Hikes are very low (around 2% in my experience), not what you would expect from a product company. * In town halls they say the company is making profits, but I don’t feel enough is spent on employees. * Cafeteria is one of the worst and overall employee facilities are poor. * No good perks or benefits. * Layoffs are happening across teams, creating uncertainty. * The team I worked with was very lazy. Most people had been there for years, were not willing to learn new technologies, and were stuck in the same way of working.
