* flexible schedule * great working environment * not too strict on leaves * travel opportunity

* salary and compensation is below the market value compared to competitors. * slow career progression once you are in the mid level. Really hard to be promoted to senior level when you are not that close to the managers :) * retirement benefits will take forever before it will be given to you. On paper it says 60-90 days after you resign you will receive your retirement benefits. In reality, it is even longer. It will take around 5-6 months+ (150-180 days) for others
