      Pros

      Good working environment. Entertainment facilities are available. Had the chance to work with others from different team(might need to invest additional effort/time as this is outside your own original job scope).

      Cons

      Not many food options nearby if you are based in NCS office. No 13-month bonus, all depends on the performance bonus. Working style depends on your boss/ management.
