Pros
Amazing up and comers plus experienced tech professionals that are self motivated. Nice offices and flexible working arrangements but goal posts are changing so these perks will be gone.
Cons
We were told we are ARQ and then NCS Next for career advancements and opportunity. Totally the opposites and taken for a ride. ARQ really only cared about keeping people for 12 months to ensure books are clean but it was always an NCS Australian agenda which is what it is today. Positions open but not given to the right people and talent people leaving after a mass fall out. No transparency especially from ARQ and it’s just left loyal people with bad tastes in their mouths.
