Where to begin- the most toxic workplace I have ever encountered. The place has absolutely zero morals and played it's part in destroying so many people's lives. There were so many mass sackings whilst I was there, where they would put a meeting in their diary, and sack them in that room, without allowing them any of their employment rights! It has THE worst reputation around Birmingham, with no event planner or decent sales manager going near them. I know recruiters now have a terrible time trying to hire for them. All of the management team that are left there now have been there years and are merely puppets doing all they can to stay in their job, and not be the next for the chop! Morally corrupt place!
