There is flexibility to create opportunities or introduce new methods if leadership is willing to listen.
Cons
Disorganization is rampant as organization changes focus or rebrands offerings parts of the organization is shifting to an agnostic approach to be vendor neutral. Upper leadership is not inspiring to focused on buzzwords and feel good initiatives. Organization is still tied to the Emerson brand and rules. Relies on Emerson Automation Solutions for innovative products, which it does on;y by innovation by acquisition. The benefits are expensive, for the value you could find better solutions. ESOP program is more of a scam that benefits leadership. The vesting schedule to the employee is a disadvantage.
