NEI General Contracting is a great company to work for. They truly care about their employees. Upper level management is very involved and knowledgeable about their employees and what goes on. They are very fair and give you the ability to grow as both an employee and an individual.
Cons
Sometimes it can be difficult to manage subcontractors that we work with.
