      Decent salary. Plenty of parking.

      Cons

      Not a good place for me to work. Outdated procedures led to insufficient employee training and customer complaints. Constant meetings led to insufficient time to get any actual work done.

      Immense micromanagement from managers which trickles (rushes) down to the production people on the floor.
