      Nice people, good project to work on

      Cons

      HR is terrible, Remote location. Tiny Cabins. Remote (11hrs to Dubai). Politics - so many Exec Directors, Directors on massive wages and few people doing the actual work. If you are a NEOM employee then you are treated much better than consultants.

      good salary and benefits but....

      Cons

      no life, not good management all come for one purpose get some money then go back home not good to stay long ....like 5-star prism that gives you free accommodation and food but you cannot buy anything or go anywhere.. the closet mall is couple hour far and there is no transportation
