Lively social life. Director's want you to work hard but they don't push you too much. For a remote worker the benefits are good and the company culture emphasis good work life balance.

Hard to get career enhancement and bonuses when you work remotely.

I cannot say enough about how incredible this firm is to work for. I dont even feel like I am working for them or for a particular person. I truly feel like I am investing in this company with the work that I do in collaboration with everyone there. This truly is a family that everyone feels apart of. You will not find a better executive team to be apart of not only from a talent and intellectual perspective, but from a collaboration and togetherness perspective. Each person has their own egos, naturally, but when you walk in to the office you notice that everyone checks their egos at the door which is refreshing to see and not something that you see very often be it a large organization or a boutique firm such as this. The atmosphere and culture are fantastic. I really urge people to join this company if you have the opportunity to do so because once you're ingrained in it, you won't want to leave....And if you end up leaving, you'll want to come back.

The on-boarding and assimilation process needs to be improved to match the growing scale in size NEOS is becoming. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say at all.
