      The training I recieved was great, the other members of staff were encouraging and understanding. The job was exciting and varied. There are good benefits as well.

      Bad communication from upper management.

      Pros

      You work alone and never in the same place twice. Once job is completed that's it until the next one.

      Cons

      Management is awful there does not seem to be any. You ask for things and if it involves any money then the answer is no.
