      Pros

      Working in NESsT has helped me get know the non-profit sector, how it operates and the relation with donors and programmes they fund. Working in operations makes you learn the different demands that the team needs in order to fulfill their tasks and to obtain the desired outcomes.

      Cons

      Is hard to grow because we depend on the amount of programmes currently funding at the moment.

      I loved my time at NESsT. Worked with a global team, engaging and delightful colleagues. I learned a lot + great mentorship available. This organization makes a true impact in the world and it was very rewarding to contribute to their mission.
