Management has great flexibility with employees. People are treated great and there is a focus of family first form the top to the bottom of the company. HR does a wonderful job managing people.
Cons
They have minimal places to advance your career at NEX21. Unfortunaley this is the nature of the type of work they supply to larger companies in contract work.
