NFM Lending is one of the best employers I have ever worked for, I have been in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years and I have to say the work culture is one of the best by far! The President of the company comes around everyday and will say hello to single person in the building. That is really rare and not seen in other mortgage companies, this company cares about you. The training and help you get is incredible! We work as a team and my manager is absolutely part of our team. His door is always open to everyone in his department. I am looking forward to many years here.

Would be nice to have a match in our 401K but I understand why we don't. Other than that no con's here!
