Pros
Strong company. Easy access to supervisors many of whom have risen from the bottom up. So they are aware of the difficulties in the job as well as how each driver needs to do their job. Questions arising from situations on the job are answered at any time of day or night.
Cons
Needs more mechanics to keep equipment in DOT compliance. Communication just like in the rest of the Permian basin companies is not good. Too much verbal communication that is not given to everyone. That information should be put down on paper and distributed to all.
