Pros
Some talented and creative colleagues Great office location, reasonable attempt and building office culture
Cons
- Career progression is very limited unless you come from Lyons. - Promotions carry little weight — almost half the staff are “associates,” including people only 6 months out of university - Leadership is weak since the founders and good directors departed — staff departures are barely acknowledged - Unfair treatment during Covid: employees faced pay cuts while directors took large bonuses - Pay is uncompetitive compared to peers in the industry - Poor systems and processes — not at the standard of a true tier 1 firm despite the branding. Staff are pigeonholed with little opportunity to diversify skills - Overly politically correct environment that feels inauthentic
