      Pros

      I've been with New Horizons for over 15 years, starting out as a Technical Instructor, then moving into Product Management, and finally into Marketing. New Horizons provides support and opportunity for individuals to do what they really love to do. I've made life-long friendships at New Horizons and have continually worked with amazing people that are dedicated to helping others reach their goals through training. New Horizons also respects the personal lives of their employees and allows for the flexibility we all need from time to time.

      Cons

      The training industry is very competitive and that means there is never a shortage of things to do and new initiatives to take on. It is fast paced, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

      Pros

      Best sales support of any employer I have worked for. I've been with New Horizons (NH Learning Solutions) for several years. The level of support and recognition for the sales force is superior to any I have experienced. Hard work and positive attitudes are appreciated and rewarded. I enjoy getting up and going to work because I know I can make something exciting happen every day. It's that kind of culture.

      Cons

      It's not easy but no sales role is. Like every sales position I know of, you reap what you sow. You get out of it what you put into it. I have seen some new sales reps come in and expect to be successful without the effort. They weren't. I have seen far more reps come in with a can-do attitude, put forth the time and effort, and enjoy the financial rewards and the company recognition.
