Very diverse employee population where everyone gets along and can find solutions to issues when they arise. Is fast-paced and can be stressful at times but it makes for interesting work days. Building some cross training programs to help with succession planning (promoting from within is the goal).

Trying to get upper management to understand that each person has their job to do and cannot be responsible for other departments.

Almost all non-management employees are nice people. Accrue PTO, benefits package after 3 months Decent location

Know-it-all management (tends to condescend) Required to use PTO at any missed work hours Not critique friendly Management is predominantly male Hypocritical management (keeps some problematic employees but terminates others) Not Neurodivergent friendly or LGBT+ friendly Prefers respect of authority over respect as a person Low pay
