Pros

Great company and wonderful people. If you set goals for yourself and bust your tail, the opportunities will be there for you. Its very nice to work for a family owned business that makes more product in the US than any of its competitors. Its a fairly large company that feels like a small family. On the sales side, everyone has the same interests and the factories will work with you to take care of your customers in ways that will make you look like a rock star. If you are a hard worker and want to work somewhere that will allow you to make an impact and grow professionally, this is a great place to be.

Cons

I can't say there are any that are worth mentioning.

I met a few great people there and got a pay check for a while.

Cons

Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
