Honestly, the only pro I have is that I met one of my best friends there. Other than that, big time thumb down.
Cons
President has ZERO respect for others' time. Thinks her schedule is all that matters. Shows up at 4:00 and says "ok, lets get started" even though everyone else has been there since 830. You never know what time you will or can (I repeat, "CAN") leave. You will be dismissed when they decide it's time to go. Impossible to have a life outside of the job, even to the extent of scheduling a doctors appt. OBSCENE amount of micromanagement. EVERYTHING must be approved by the president, not even managers can give the final ok. Also, there is an extreme lack of direction. No one can guide you toward what they want because nobody knows what they want. You pretty much do a bunch of random ideas until they finally decide they like something. Your whole day is a shot in the dark.
