No job security as such they will call you one day and tell you that your employment with us is revoked. No freedom to talk with the fellow team mate and clarify they will term it as a behavioral issue with the colleagues. Poor structure where one person is managing every digital marketing department ranging from social media organic to paid media. Overworked and busy team leader with less time to communicate and listen to concerns of newly joined individual.
