No such, you get brand name on your reaume and that is the only reason people joins it.
Cons
No work life balance, less salary, bullies in the name of firing. Worked there for 3 years and was thinking how can a person switch for new company. It actually depend on project but their all project were same They know how to take advantage of freshers in less salary and providing fake position.
