Micromanagement is out of control. Constant coaching for mistakes. They dont pull you up for the things you do right just knock you down for what you do wrong constantly. Pay is very low , you work 365/7 no holidays off. Must put in for vacation months in advance. Never do you get raises $ 18.00 ph is all that you get. Must pay for own internet and have your own equipment
