Hybrid work schedule, multiple offices to choose from, higher pay than most state agencies

Many Exec, VP & up haven’t earned their positions and don’t have the experience to do even basic job functions on the company systems. Unfair hiring and promotion practices open only to those with connections. There is a class system here where the rules do not apply to everyone equally. Zero job related orientation or training. Managers like to see you fend for yourself and fail and then turn their lack of support into an opportunity to make themselves look like the hero for being the one to identify an issue or swoop in as the fixer. Working for this organization will negatively impact your mental health.
