A fun, hard working team that wears its heart on its sleeve! There are big goals and aspirations, which are shared and felt throughout the company. Sr. Leadership is the definition of lead by example and love to collaborate, discuss big picture decisions, and take feedback from all employees. I'm so happy I joined this team and I can't wait to be apart of its future growth and success.

If you are a *clock in, clock out* worker this is not the place for you. Everybody works hard, goes the extra mile, and expects the same from each other.

Leadership genuinely cares about the company mission and the people. You really feel like you're contributing meaningfully and your work matters. Lots of transparency across the team on all fronts. High talent density without ego - people are smart, kind, and focused. Culture is relaxed and collegial - expectations are high but so is support. Pay is good for a startup. Overall, a great place to work!

Still a startup so can get pulled into tasks outside your formal job description - not the best fit for someone looking for a cushy structured environment.
