Pros
The teachers and staff are generally dedicated to providing the best education for our students. New security measures and staff are welcomed and do give a greater sense of security.
Cons
The administration says one thing, but in reality, means another. New administration positions keep being added, but there are not enough teachers to cover all of the classes. The "retention & recruitment bonus" is tied to the use of sick days and is categorically unfair to any teacher/staff who has a medical condition, prolonged illness, or other extenuating circumstance.
