      * Peers are quite nice to work with, they understand everyone needs to pitch-in for things to get done * Remote friendly

      Cons

      * Tech is very old-school, products tend to break a lot, and are difficult to maintain. All releases/deployments are manual * Some of the managers/leaders are very bad at managing - they constantly disparage staff in public settings, and overload them with work

      Fair Pay for labor done.

      Cons

      Management does not understand what the products they sell are. They are out of reach with who does what in the company. They have reduced headcount 3 times in 2 years. 20% 10% 10%. They over sell and under deliver. Selling redundant processing but the manual failover is such a long process. In some cases none existent.
