Smart, friendly, and driven people. Flexible environment with no micromanagement and intellectually stimulating work. Unlimited WFH is the norm at the firm, but the office is in a great location too. Fulfilling, multifaceted field that is exciting when there is momentum behind it.

Small company with slow promotion and strict education-level preference. Employees are relaxed, but tensions with clients are often running high, and deadlines overlap constantly. Energy efficiency is definitely on the wane in the current political environment.
