Not a great level of communication with employees. There has been lots of talk around how many great changes the company is making, and that may be the case, but very little is seen at the contractor level. Unfortunately, in the years I’ve worked for them they have consistently been near the bottom in terms of pay in comparison to other contracting companies. Multiple people have left due to that issue and in my circles they don’t have a great reputation because of it. They have never provided a bonus and only once have the accomplished a yearly review or a pay raise, and only after I pushed them for the review for several months. Last year there was no review with them saying it was being revamped. This year, no mention of it all.
