      Pros

      not many pros, it is an international business, but no many things more. They make people from a company in China owned by the same managers work for NNRoad.

      Cons

      many cons, when hiring they promise many opportunities to learn and grow, it means they assign you tasks that are not at all relevant with your position and expect you to be fully functional. Management expect employees to work unpaid overtime hours

      Pros

      Multinational team in multi locations. My colleagues are from 8 countries. Good training opportunity, I was arranged to travel to China for the onboarding training for one month. They are all passionate and hard working. I'm happy to work within the team.

      Cons

      No obvious cons. I saw some former colleagues complained working time. It's not fair. We are never asked to do over time. But for a startup in USA, most of us are hard working. It's for future but not for lazy guys.
