The team is genuinely supportive, and there’s a strong culture of learning here. Colleagues are always willing to help, share knowledge, and collaborate rather than compete. I had plenty of opportunities to build new skills, take on responsibilities outside my comfort zone, and learn from experienced teammates. Management generally encourages growth and professional development, which made the work feel meaningful.
