      Shift work is really hard, takes +5 years to get any weekend days off.

      Work is rewarding. Good money.

      Cons

      Toxic management. Deputy Director act like he runs the place and the executive director allows it. If you bring up concerns about other people being dangerously incompetent, you get tagged for bullying.
