      Cons

      The hourly employees rely heavily on overtime to support their families and cover their cost of living expenses. When the oil market crashes, hours are down and cost of living raise, which isn’t much, is not given.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
