Pros
Great Coworkers, nice place to teach classes, in 8 years, I qualified to teach ten different classes, set my own next thing to work on when not teaching. The working hours were pretty stable, and distancing is happening now. Two or three of those left behind are incredibly talented and still there trying to take up the slack.
Cons
Cut the Company Match for 401K, let most senior and qualified people laid off, management grew short-sighted and acted that way. I imagine it will get much worse before it gets better for them since they kept the less effective/productive people working there. Given the choice, I would not work there again. Management was too hit and miss.
