      Pros

      Lovely office space with onsite covered parking, good DAM system, they used to use Jira project management software but have since switched, and just overall really nice people there.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring of processes and staff. Raises are not sufficient to keep up with inflation. Timesheets.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
