      Pros

      Plenty of room to move and grow. Make your own advancement, as long as you keep your nose clean and don't rock the boat.

      Cons

      Same as everywhere with a bit more "good old boys club" in the mix. Nepotism is on the slightly higher side of average. Most of what others have said rings true...

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
