Pros
Job has decent work life balance. You gain a lot of experience in this position very quickly. Projects are usually cool, sometimes you get to come up with your own projects.
Cons
Managers are just ok. Communication is poor. If you don’t ask about something you will never find out. New hire training is abysmal. There is virtually none. Office workspace is not a fun environment. Very much like a library. There are no windows except for upper management. This seems small but really affects my productivity.
