      NOV management doesn't take care of the employee. There is no career development as a service engineer. They just want employees to make money for them. An experienced engineer earns less than a junior engineer. There is no annual increase.

      Travel around the world and earn the rig pay.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
