Health insurance and Bonuses. However bonuses can be cut or not given to you at their discretion. So not sure how much of a Pro this is.
Cons
Little to no training. Throw you into the sharks mentality and see if it works out. Deeply lacking in the Human Resources aspect. Expect a 3 round interview with people you will never hear of again. The biggest red flag was the high turnover of employees. By day one everyone who had interviewed me had quit or been fired. Terrible work life balance. No one takes breaks. Not even to eat. Everyone logs in early and leaves late the same will be expected of you. Also note this company has several DBA’s which should have been another red flag. This company was “US Mortgage” and later turned into NP inc. They also have different DBA’s per state. Overall a terrible experience wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
